  • I can do pushups on my toes again

     PERSONAL BASED

  • Managed to go out of my comfort zone regarding friendships – I let my guard down let people in & reconnected with people I had lost contact with
  • Learnt the value of what non toxic friendships & assessed my toxic friendships
  • Got in contact with my sister after many long years not talking.
  • I can fit into ALL my old clothes & some are too big.
  • I met my exercise friends – once again went out of my comfort zone with fantastic results.
  • I met Michelle Bridges at the Finale workout & SHE was impressed with my achievements during 2012.
  • Able to fit into my pre kids bikini
