- Reached goal weight in September total lost 26kg 54kg Total cm lost over 130cm
- I can do all my old pilates moves.
- Lower BMI was 35 now 22
- Lower resting heart rate
- My waist measurement has gone down a whopping 40+cm!!
- I can do pushups on my toes again
- I have my strength back
- Started running the PTC Coffee Club run
- Started interval training with Top Notch personal training at Leonay
- Signed up to Run Club
PERSONAL BASED
- Managed to go out of my comfort zone regarding friendships – I let my guard down let people in & reconnected with people I had lost contact with
- Learnt the value of what non toxic friendships & assessed my toxic friendships
- Got in contact with my sister after many long years not talking.
- I can fit into ALL my old clothes & some are too big.
- I met my exercise friends – once again went out of my comfort zone with fantastic results.
- I met Michelle Bridges at the Finale workout & SHE was impressed with my achievements during 2012.
- Able to fit into my pre kids bikini
